Message Dear Families, CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THE 5TH GRADERS FOR COMPLETING PARCC TESTING!!!! I am so proud of their perseverance and effort. It was no small task. Last week, the students and I wrapped-up our study of the Human Body/Hibernation. I look forward to reading the students CER's regarding- Can Humans Hibernate? Next week, we will return to Social Studies. Our focus will be- the Early Colonies, the Different Colonial Regions, Tensions Between the Colonists and Great Britain, the Declaration of Independence and the American Revolution. Our study will span three weeks. Finally, please continue to monitor your child's progress by viewing their work in Google Classroom. If you have any questions, please let me know. |
